T115

SERIES OF EXPERIMENTAL SCOUT CARS

Built by Chrysler as part of the Four Man Carrier project in 1957 the T115 was based on a leftover chassis from their T53E1 truck project. They look a bit high and strange because of the torsion bar suspension it employed. The four-cylinder engine is located on the right hand side between the front and rear wheels and bulged into the crew compartment slightly. The fuel tank was on the opposite side.
